Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how OOO FITSIZ (Tax ID 5009123366, registered at 142001, Moscow region, Domodedovo, 4 Severnaya Street, email: info@fitsiz.ru) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application FITSIZ.APP and website fitsiz.app (collectively, "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Service Availability

FITSIZ.APP is designed for and distributed within the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) — Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Moldova, and Azerbaijan. The Services are not intended for users outside this region.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Registration Data

• Email address (used for OTP-based login)
• Username (provided at first registration)
• Unique user identifier (Welder ID)
• Registration date

1.2. Welder Profile Data (provided voluntarily)

• City of residence
• FITSIZ welding mask model
• Welding type (MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG, etc.)
• Welding equipment in use
• Experience level and qualifications
• Profile photo

1.3. Application Usage Data

• Messages in chats with AI assistants (Mask Selector, Welding Assistant, Support)
• Weld seam photos uploaded for AI analysis
• Conversation history with AI assistants
• Notification history

1.4. Technical Data

• IP address, device type, operating system
• App version
• Access timestamps
• Session identifiers

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Authenticate and identify users
• Personalize AI assistant responses based on your welder profile
• Analyze weld seam photos using artificial intelligence
• Send product updates, promotions, and announcements (with consent)
• Improve service quality and develop new features
• Provide technical support

3. AI Services and Data Processing

3.1. AI Service Provider

For AI assistant functionality and weld seam image analysis, we use Yandex GPT (yandex.cloud/services/foundation-models), a service operated by Yandex.Cloud LLC, a Russian Federation entity.

3.2. Data Transmitted to AI Service

When you use AI features, the following data is sent to Yandex GPT:

• Text of your messages in AI chats
• Weld seam photos you voluntarily upload for analysis
• Welder profile context (mask model, welding type, experience level) — for response personalization

3.3. Data NOT Transmitted to AI Service

The following is never transmitted to AI services:

• Email address
• Name
• IP address and technical identifiers
• Payment information (we do not collect payment data — the App is free)

3.4. Where Data Is Processed

All data is transmitted and processed exclusively on servers located within the Russian Federation. Yandex GPT operates within Yandex Cloud infrastructure based in the RF. No cross-border data transfers occur.

3.5. AI Model Training

Your data is not used for training AI models. Requests are processed in inference mode only, in accordance with Yandex Cloud's terms of service.

3.6. Your Right to Decline

You may decline AI features at first launch. AI chats and photo analysis will then be unavailable, but the rest of the Application will continue to function. You can change this decision at any time in Profile → Advanced Settings.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1. Where Data Is Stored

Data is stored on servers operated by OOO Beget (beget.com, Roskomnadzor license №171835), located within the Russian Federation. We run a self-hosted instance of Supabase (PostgreSQL) on this infrastructure.

4.2. How Data Is Protected

• All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher)
• Server access is restricted to authorized FITSIZ personnel
• Technical and organizational measures protect data from unauthorized access, modification, or destruction
• Regular backups are performed

4.3. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of your use of the Application. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

5.1. General Principle

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5.2. Service Providers

To operate our Services, we use the following providers:

5.3. Legal Disclosure

Data may be disclosed to authorized government authorities upon legal request in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate or outdated information via your Profile
• Delete your account and all associated data via Profile → Delete Account
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications
• Request a copy of your data by emailing info@fitsiz.ru
• File a complaint with Roskomnadzor if you believe your rights have been violated

7. Compliance with Russian Federal Law № 152-FZ

OOO FITSIZ is a personal data operator under Federal Law of July 27, 2006 № 152-FZ "On Personal Data."

By registering in FITSIZ.APP, the user provides voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data, including:

• Username
• Email address
• Profile photo (if voluntarily uploaded)
• City of residence (if voluntarily provided)
• Welding equipment information
• Messages and photos in AI assistant chats

Personal data of Russian Federation citizens is processed using databases located within the territory of the Russian Federation, in compliance with Article 18.1 of Federal Law № 152-FZ.

Consent remains valid until withdrawn. Withdrawal can be made by:

• Using "Delete Account" in the Profile section of the App

After consent withdrawal and account deletion, personal data is destroyed within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

FITSIZ.APP is intended for professional welders aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us at info@fitsiz.ru — we will delete such data within 30 days.

9. Cookies and Analytics

The fitsiz.app website uses only technically necessary cookies for language preference and session management. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies on the website.

10. Changes to This Policy

OOO FITSIZ reserves the right to modify this Policy. For material changes, users will be notified via the App or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
